1 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. butter
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup carrots, grated
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, cut into pieces
3/4 cup cooked spaghetti
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/4 lb. grated parmesan or cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup

Make a medium white sauce of the flour, butter, milk, and salt. Add the pepper, paprika, mustard, and onion and lemon juice to the white sauce and heat to the boiling point. Add turkey, spaghetti, and the mushrooms which have been sautéed in the butter. Add grated carrots and chicken soup and 1/2 can milk. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Add cheese and buttered bread crumbs and bake for 15 more minutes.
