Ingredients:  
3 eggs, beaten 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. sugar 2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly, then beat in the sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk, and vanilla. Pour into a 9" pie crust and bake 30-35 minutes in hot oven 425.

This is Mom's recipe. I can't remember too much of my Mother's cooking but this was one dish that we had really often.
