8 large potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/3 cup minced onion
1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed with 2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and let cool, peel and grate potatoes. Mix soup, cheese, butter, onion and sour cream together, then toss lightly with potatoes. Cover with crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
