2 cups sugar
1 cup cream
2/3 cup light Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook to soft ball stage (~5 min.). Add 1 cup (more) cream and bring to brisk boil, then add the following which has been pre-mixed: 4 Tbs. flour, 4 Tbs. cornstarch, 8 Tbs. melted butter. Stir constantly. Cook to hard ball (candy will pull away from sides of pan, ~20 minutes). Pour into buttered 9x13" pan for turtles or 8" pan if you want it thicker.
