3/4 lbs lean ground beef 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1 medium onion 1 clove garlic 1 10 1/4 oz. can beef gravy 1 cup plain low fat yogurt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. thyme or sage 1 tsp. pepper 2 cups of hot cooked rice or noodles
In large skillet cook meat, mushrooms, onions, and garlic till meat is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain off fat. In a mixing bowl stir together beef gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, thyme or sage, and pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Heat through. Serve meat mixture over rice or noodles
