Ingredients:  
1 head of lettuce
1 cup diced celery (optional)
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions (tops only)
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
1/2 cup (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep glass bowl, layer ingredients as listed through green onions. Mix sugar with mayonnaise and spread over top layer of ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bacon. Refrigerate overnight and toss lightly before serving.
