1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breast (boiled and shredded or chopped)
3-4 large cans chicken broth
5 stalks of celery, chopped
1 bag peeled baby carrots, all cut in 1/2
2 sweet or vadalia onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 box orzo pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot EXCEPT for pasta and cook on low 3-4 hours minimum. Season to taste with salt, pepper, basil, & oregano. Cook pasta according to box directions and add last - right before serving. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and ENJOY!
