2 egg whites 2/3 c. white sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Beat egg whites until foamy. Slowly, add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Stir in vanilla and salt. Flood in chocolate chips and walnuts (optional). Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Place cookie sheets in oven and turn off. Leave in oven overnight.
