1 1/2 - 2 lb steak (any kind)
Marinade:
1/4 C salad oil
2 T lemon juice
2 T soy sauce
2T dried onion flakes
1 clove garlic
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow baking dish, mix all ingredients for marinade. Add meat, turn frequently. Leave at room temp. or 6 hours in refrigerator. Marinating overnight is good - cover with foil.

Drain, broil on lowest rack, 10 minutes on each side for well done.

Sprinkle with meat tenderizer before marinating if desired. Can use on chuck roast, roasting as usual.
