5 large tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup salad oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
2 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange tomato slices in 13 x 9 baking dish, overlapping slices. Whisk salad oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano leaves and green onions in small bowl. Spoon dressing over tomatoes. Cover baking dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
