1/2 c butter
1 c dark brown sugar
1 c white corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1 c (heaping) pecan halves
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1/2 c butter until fluffy. Add 1 c dark brown sugar to butter. Add 1 c white corn syrup and a pinch of salt. Stir in pecan halves and vanilla. Pour in to an unbaked pie shell (store bought deep dish). Cook at 350 for 45 min or until knife comes out clear in center. Cook on low rack in oven.
