1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. cream-style corn (I use whole can)
2/3 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 finely chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 about 45 minutes.
