2 lb ground sirloin
4 poblano peppers
2 lg onions
1 c rice
3 cans RotelŠ original
1 lg can tomatoes
1 lg can water
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
4 cloves garlic (crushed)


Garnish

1 lg can black olives

1 bunch cilantro

salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers, onions & garlic in olive oil. Brown ground sirloin and spices. Then add all ingredients together and simmer for 45 minutes.
