6 lbs. boneless stew meat 1(14 oz.) bottle catsup 1/8 to 1/4 cup hot sauce 1/2 bottle (3 oz) Worchestire sauce 1/3 to 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 (4 oz.) bottle liquid smoke 1 (6oz) jar mustard
Cover stew meat with water and cook until tender-about 6 hours. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Stir well and simmer slowly one hour. Serve on buns.
