Marinated Broiled Pork Chops Recipe

Marinade:
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 c. dry sherry
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 T dried rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
Pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and pour over the chops in a shallow pan. Refrigerate overnight, turning chops occasionally.
Remove chops from refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature.
Broil or grill the chops 10-12 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
Boil the marinade to reduce to syrup and use as a sauce over the chops.
