Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It is suggested that you use Brandywine tomatoes for the Tomato Napoleon since they are rich and spicy and that you use a variety of tomatoes for the Fresh Tomato Dressing such as Sun Gold or Snow White which are sweet with Green Zebra which are tart. However it is delicious even without following this suggestion. Also the dressing may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. It is suggested that you stir additional fresh chopped tomato into the dressing after each use.
