2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir together with the eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
Fill your pre-heated waffle iron with enough batter to make a full waffle, but not enough to run out the sides. Do not overcook.
Makes 4-6 large waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron.
