3 medium onions
4 cups beef boullion or 2 cans and 1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups croutons
Parmeson cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In covered large pan, cook onions in butter on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add boullion and worchestershire sauce, heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Put contents in bowl, sprinkle with parmeson cheese and croutons.
