1 can sliced pineapples, drained
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger
green pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 chicken boullion cube

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the following ingredients: sugar, cider vinegar and ginger. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and boullion cube with 1 1/4 cup water. Add to the first ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cook for 30 minutes. Add pineapple rings and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes longer.
