For the dough - 1/2 lb. unsalted butter, softened.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. all purpose flour
Raisen Nut Filling - 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c. raisens
1 t. cinnamon
l c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Beat in flour a little at a time. Knead dough lightly until all flour in incorporated. Refrigerate one hour. Divide into two portions. Roll out until 1/16 thick. Cut into triangles. Cover with filling and roll up. Place on u ngreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes, until golden.
