1 qt. ice cream (strawberry recommended)
6 round chocolate covered cherries
1 pkg. (6 3/4 oz.) fat free Devil's Food Cookies.
Warm chocolate sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly soften ice cream in refrigerator. Fill ice cream scoop half full of ice cream; place a candy in center. Round out scoop with ice cream to make a ball. Wrap ball in plast wrap. Twist ends tightly to shape into a ball. Freeze at least two hours or until hard. In a food processor, coarsely crumb cookies. Place cookie crumbs on waxed paper and quickly roll ice cream ball to coat. Place on a baking sheet and return to the freezer. This can be done the day before. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce before serving.
