1 (11oz) can Mandarin orange sections
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 beaten eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (3oz) cream cheese softened
1 medium banana sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
whole strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Drain orange sections, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup. In a saucepan, combine sugar and gelatin, add syrup mixture, orange and lemon juices. Heat until gelatin is dissolved. Gradually stir half of the hot mixture into eggs and return to saucepan. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove and add sour cream and cream cheese. Beat with a beater until smooth. Chill until partially set. Fold in the orange section, bananas and nuts. Mold and decorate with strawberries.
