1/4 c raspberry vinegar
2 T honey
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c olive oil
4-5 c torn mixed greens
1/2 pint fresh raspberries (or dried cranberries for holidays)
1 medium green onion, sliced
1/2 c pine nuts, toasted (can use walnuts or pecans, too)
1/2 c feta cheese, if desired

Directions:

Combine first seven ingredients to make dressing. Chill before using. Combine remaining ingredients, then toss with dressing.
