1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped: onion, carrots, celery
1/4 c. flour
1 T. diced parsley
4 c. chicken stock
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 t. salt and pepper
1/8 t. baking soda
Dash cayenne pepper
1 t. paprika
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute vegetables and stir in flour and
cornstarch. Add stock and milk gradually blending in a
smooth stock. Add soda and cheese and stir until
thickened. Add salt, pepper and parsley. DO NOT
BOIL. Garnish with paprika.
