5 or 6 Potatoes thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tsp basil leaves
1 cup sour cream
1/4 chopped green pepprers
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oregano leaves
2 Cans Tomato paste
3/4 cup onions (chopped)
1/4 tsp chopped garlic
a little oil

combine ground beef in skillet with oil,onion celery,green peppers,salt,tomato paste,sugar,basil leaves,oregano and garlic.
stir in sour cream to form sauce
simmer sauce on top of stove for 1/2 hour.
pour part of sauce in the bottom of pan,
cover with layer of potatoes.
repeat until ingrediants are all used
Bake at 400 for 1 hour in covered pan
top with parmesan cheese if disired.
