1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/2 lb sausage
2 eggs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup snipped parsley
dash pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
dash nutmeg
dash ginger

Soak bread crumbs in milk; set aside.

Mix meat, eggs, pepper, onion, salt, nutmeg, ginger and parsley.

Pour in milk mixture and stir well.

Roll into small meatballs. Bake or fry until done. Serve with toothpicks.
