2-2 ½ lbs. boneless ribs (I like to use the extra lean ribs.) garlic salt ½ c. vinegar 1 ½ tbsp. chili powder 1 c. catsup ¼ c. sugar 1 tbsp. paprika ½ tbsp. pepper
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt. Place them in the crock pot. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Set on low for 6-8 hours. They are so tender you can break them apart with a fork. I serve the ribs over rice.
Or you can bake in 325 oven for 2 ½ hours. Spoon sauce over ribs every half hour.
