1 roast any size
1 can cream of mushroom soup (use two cans if roast larger than 3.5 pounds)

In crock pot:

Turn on low for 24 hours. Break up as it gets tender. A 2.5 pound roast will make about 18 sandwiches. I like to freeze the sandwiches individually and pull them out as needed. Heats up easily in a microwave.
