1 – 1½ lbs. Ground Beef or Venison
1 Onion, chopped
¼ tsp. Minced or Powdered Garlic
2- 1lb 12 oz Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 T. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
¼ tsp. Red Pepper (optional)
1 tsp. Salt
1½ tsp Sugar
1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
1 15 oz. can Bush’s Chili Hot Beans

Brown Hamburger, add onion and sauté until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour.
