1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c sour milk.
1 c banana mashed
1 t lemon extract
1 t vanilla
2 c cake flour
1 t soda
1/4 salt
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

FROSTING
1/2 c butter
3 T cream cheese (room temp)
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 mashed banana
1 t vanilla
3 T milk (as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in mil and bananas. Add dry ingredients mix for 3 min. Stir in vanilla and lemon extract. Stir nuts
Pour into greased and floured pans. round or 9x 13.
Bake 350 30 min
Cool

FROSTING
Melt cream cheese, butter, add sugar stir well add other ingredients. Add milk only as needed to thin.

You can make sour milk by adding 1 t vinegar to regular milk.
