2 eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 c flour
2 t soda
1/2 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 chopped nuts
4 c diced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Add all dry ingredients. Mix well 3 minutes.
Stir is apples and nuts.
Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan
Bake 45 min.
