3 cups whole milk
1 cup quick grits
1 stick real butter
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons salt
3 ounces cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, chicken broth, grits, salt, and butter in a saucepan, cook for 20 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Serve with Shrimp and Grits or Grillades and Grits.
