1 Pkg. Frozen Diced Potatoes
1 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium container sour cream
2 cans Cream of Potato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly thaw potatoes in a large bowl (enough so that they are no longer clumped together). Heat both cans of soup until warm. Remove from heat and add sour cream to soup. Add mixture to potatoes and mix well. Spread in a 9x13 pan that has been generously buttered. Bake at 350 (uncovered) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Top with shredded cheese and heat for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
