1 3/4 c. flour 1 t. salt 1/2 c. Mazola Oil (must be Mazola and regular - not the lite) 3 T. cold water (water must be cold)
Mix first 3 ingredients first. Then add water and mix. Form dough into a ball and roll between wax paper. Lay crust in pie plate (dough side down) and carefully remove wax paper by ripping it off in sections. Makes 1 thicker crust or you can cut dough in half to make 2 thinner crusts.
