1 - 1lb. pkg brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. coarse walnuts
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. instant coffee
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

*I use walnut brownie mix (when available), 3 eggs (if they're small) and increase water to 3/8 c.

Directions:
Stir brownie mix, eggs, water and walnuts together and pour into 2 - 9" well greased pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350.

Whip cream until thick. Gradually add brown sugar and instant coffee. Continue beating cream until it is spreading consistency. Spread between and on top of cooled layers. Dot top with walnuts. Chill at least 6 hours before serving.
