1 3/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 bag Hershey's chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.

Cream together remaining ingredients (except kisses). Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix thoroughly. Roll dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Place chocolate kiss on top. Press down slightly - not too much or dough will crack. Try not to get sugar on chocolate kiss-it will burn. Bake 8 to 12 minutes at 350.
