8 tomatoes, peeled 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 clove garlic, crushed 1 t. salt 1 t. sugar 1/4 t. pepper 1/4 cup salad oil 2 T. vinegar 2 t. prepared mustard
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes, in a jar and shake well. Place tomatoes in container with a tight lid and pour marinade over. Cover tightly and let stand at least 20 minutes before serving. Tomaotes will get soft if this is made the day before.
