2- 6 oz. packages Jalapeno Cornbread Mix
3 cups milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 t. salt
3 t. sugar
1 t. garlic powder
3 eggs(beat well before adding)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can Mexican or Fiesta Corn
8-12 oz Velveeta Cheese
8-12 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. Sausage(hot or mild)
jalapenos-chopped fine( you determine how hot)

Directions:
Brown sausage or beef and drain grease. Beat eggs and set aside. Mix all other ingredients. Add eggs. Add meat. Pour into greased 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately one hour.
