1 cup sugar 1/2 cup honey 2 T. dry mustard 1 T. dry ginger 1 t. salt 1 thin slice onion 1/3 c. fresh lime juice 1/3 cup water 2 cups canola oil
Measure all ingredients (except oil) in blender. Blend well until sugar dissolves. Turn blender on high speed and add oil in slow, steady stream. Dressing will become thick and clear, honey colored. Keep in refrigerator in glass or plastic covered container.
