2 t. butter
3 chopped green onions
2-3 carrots, shredded
2-3 stalks celery, sliced
2 cans Reduced FAt Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Rotel
1 lb. lite Velveeta
2 pkg. of chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can of fat free chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a dutch oven, add the veggies and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and the soup is warm.
