1 lb. asparagus 3 T. balsamic vinegar 1 T. olive oil 2 T. fresh lemon juice 1 T. low-sodium soy sauce 1/8 t. black pepper Cooking Spray
Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large zip-loc plastic bag; seal and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove asparagus from bag and discard marinade. Place asparagus on preheated grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side until asparagus is done.
