4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup sweet onion - chopped
8 oz. bacon - fried & crumbled
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg,
1 1/2 tsp. Morton's Seasoning Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Layer 1/2 potatoes, onions, bacon, cheese then repeat. Mix together milk, egg, and seasoning. Pour over top the potato mixture. Bake @ for 55/60 minutes.
