1 can refried beans
1 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 green pepper - chopped
1 sweet onion - chopped
1-2 medium tomatoes - diced
1 jar taco sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz) cheddar cheese - shredded
1 container sour cream
chile powder
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
On large platter or pizza pan, spread beans out, then spread on cream cheese. Sprinkle with onions, green peppers, & tomatoes. Pour taco sauce on top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Carefully spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle with chili powder. Chill & serve with tortilla chips.
