1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Wylers Chicken flavor bouillon
1 1/2 lbs. small new potatoes - cooked & cubed
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions

In shallow dish combine oil, lemon, mustard, sugar and bouillon, mix well. Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions. Cover and marinate in fridge over night, stirring occasionally. Serve chilled.
