2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk or water
1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) any flavor pudding

Topping:
1/3 cup bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter - firm

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and spread into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix topping together until it crumbles, add onto cake mixture. Bake @ 400, 20 - 25 minutes.
