1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 cop chopped pecans
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. dark molasses
1/4 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together peanut butter and sugar; beat in milk and shape into 1" roll. Combine pecans, coconut, 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, butter, & molasses. Pat mixture around roll. Roll in 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. Chill & serve.
