1/2 cup Post grape nuts
1 cup milk
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce (divided)
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cereal, milk, & 1 cup of tomato sauce. Add ground beef, onions, eggs, oregano, & salt. Mix well. Spoon meat mixture into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for about 1 hour 20 minutes. Invert meat loaf onto warm serving platter, heat remaining tomato sauce and pour over the meat loaf.
