8 oz. linguini or spinach spaghetti
1 Tbs. virgin olive oil
1 Tbs. freshly chopped garlic
thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
diced roma tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams, with juice
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried leaf oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:

Bring large kettle of water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain in a colander and set aside. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes until heated through. May thicken with cornstarch if desired. In a serving bowl, toss linguini and sauce.
