8 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup (may use 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of mushroom)
3 cup sour cream
16 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 Tbs. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup and sour cream. Mix half of cracker mixture with chicken. Spray 9x13 pan and put ingredients in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. You may also add shredded cheese to top if desired. Great served with rice.
