1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 stalks celery chopped
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, or fresh vegetable of your choice
2 cups water
3 carrots chopped
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat with onion and celery. Drain(if it's fatty meat). Add water and cook until carrots are tender.Add vegetables, macaroni tomato sauce, italian spices, salt and pepper until the flavors blend and all ingreidents are hot.
(This can be done in a crock pot. Do not cook the macaroni first)It's much better in the crock pot.
